Raymond (Lenny Von Dohlen), the owner of the wax-work museum in Hollywood, received a strange big package from Rumania with his other packages. He leaves it in his basement room, and at that night, a beautiful vampire,Vanessa (Sylvia Kristel), wife of Count Dracula (now she is the "Dracula's widow"), wakes up from her long sleep in the package - that is, in her coffin. She wanders around, seeking for new blood, and meets Raymond who reminds her of her husband.

Someone mentioned about this film and said- "the special effects are bad, the plot is bad, and the acting is non-exsistant (see rare Sylvia Kristel Web Page)." Saddly, I have to totally agree with him, though basically I like those characters in the film - a beautiful vampire, a victim who loves her,and others who try to help him out from the situation. Kristel, who never takes her clothes off in this film, is sometimes very beautiful (but when she starts to speak, she isn't. I was shocked by her shrill voice), and Lenny IS very beautiful too...you might not believe it, but really he is!

The film might have been much better if the story is created as a very aesthetic love romance between a vampire and a human, and if it was created by somebody else.
