"Distant Signals" (1985) Lenny once appeared in the TV series "Tales from the Darkside." The episode is entitled "Distant Signals" and was aired on November 17, 1985. In that episode, Lenny played a mysterious client, Mr. Smith, who wants to revive a 20-year-old TV detective series years after its cancellation. The writers and actors start to work together again for the project, and in the end of the story they discover that it is being produced for a highly unusual audience. Mr. Smith is "a man from another planet" character...unless I did not misunderstand the story due to a lack of my skill in hearing English.
