2/03 all(ftp, http, proxy, pop3, smtp, news, telnet, shell and account) service disable
2/04 announced from admin. that BRES server has been broken2/08 sign up this (BiG) server

2/09 re-setup mail service
2/10 adjust all permissions and reboot all CGI programs
2/10 reboot all access denial system
2/10 do link-checking all website
2/16 BRES server account lock unlocked
2/16 all mail & ML systems changed
2/16 pre-announce started at all BRES web contents
2/16 some old CGI data salvaged
2/28 build some CGI systems
3/04 site top-page renewal (divide 3 layers..)
3/04 all websites rebooted officially!
3/07 announcement this URL officially for all link-users
3/10 all transfering worx is done & progress ended
