アムウェイの浄水器を買う前に、以下のことを考えてみてください。

には、Consumer Reports ( U.S.の製品テスト雑誌) での Amway 製品の 評価
が出ています。品質は十分なものの、同等の性能の消費に比べて初期コストは
2-3 倍、ランニングコストも 3-4 倍という結果のようです。
ちなみに、 U.S. アムウェイの浄水器はディストリビューター価格が $180 ぐ
らいのようです。
２）また、アムウェイの浄水器は NSFInternational の検定を受けています。
NSF Internationnal って、確かに客観性のある権威ある機関なんですね。実に
多種多様な浄水器のテストをしています。ここのデータベースで、他社製品と
の客観的な評価が分かります。
いずれにせよ（ Consumer Reports の独立したテスト結果からも分かるように）
性能は十分である、というだけのことです。
で、一部のディストリビューターがこの NSF の検定を受けていることを「ひ
どく特別なことで優秀さの証明」と思い込んでいることがありますが、それは
嘘というわけです。日本の浄水器が NSF の検定を受けていないのは、単にこ
れがアメリカの機関だから、という要因が大きいのです。
